Dear SWP Supporters –
The Board of Directors has made a determination to close the Foundation. All outstanding claims on the Foundation’s assets should be addressed to the Board, with appropriate documentation. We expect to close the Foundation, with finality, on June 30, after which the remaining assets, if any, will be distributed in accordance with IRS 501(c )(3) requirements.

Puerto Rico Program Cancelled
We regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control the program scheduled to take place in San Juan, Puerto Rico from June 10-14, organized and sponsored by The Startup With Purpose Foundation, has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
